Callebaut Lemon Callets™ is a flavoured chocolate made with Callebaut® Belgian white chocolate, combining creamy and caramelly sweetness with the tangy and refreshing flavour of lemon. It has a fresh green colour and medium fluidity.

It is suitable for decorating, colouring and flavouring professional pastry and chocolate creations. It can be used to create colourful details for hollow figures and pralines, small decorations for cakes and desserts, and to flavour pastry creams, mousses and fillings.

Melting, tempering and cooling are carried out in the same way as for Callebaut's classic white chocolates.
