Callebaut Strawberry Callets™ is a flavoured chocolate made with Callebaut® Belgian white chocolate, combining a fruity strawberry flavour with creamy and caramelly sweetness. It has a delicate pink colour and medium fluidity.

It is suitable for decorating, colouring and flavouring professional pastry and chocolate creations. It can be used to create colourful details for hollow figures and pralines, small decorations for cakes and desserts, and to flavour pastry creams, mousses and fillings. It is also suitable for enrobing and icing, panning, piping decorations and airbrushing.

Melting, tempering and cooling are carried out in the same way as for Callebaut's classic white chocolates.
