Paper baking mold PM 150 Novacart is a professional rectangular baking mold, suitable for baking and presenting cakes and other pastry products.

It is made of pure cellulose paper combined with PET film and is resistant to fats and oils. The mold maintains its stability during baking and does not require an additional metal baking mold.

It is suitable for baking at temperatures of 180–200°C, as well as for freezing. After baking, the product can remain in the mold for direct presentation.
